RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. General Policy

All purchases made through Dogbox.lt are final. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to select the correct items when placing an order. We are not liable for incorrect orders, and customers are fully responsible for verifying product compatibility before making a purchase.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• The customer must notify us of the return request within 14 days of receiving the product.
• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

3. Refund Policy

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 20 working days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Any used or installed parts.
• Custom or special-order items.
• Any items returned without prior authorization.
