Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

If an order is returned due to failed delivery attempts, refusal, or incorrect details, we will contact the customer to arrange re-delivery at their expense.
If the customer does not respond within 14 days, the order may be cancelled in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
